Nori seaweed is the dark green , almost black .Which can purchase as raw material for cooking or roasted. Nori is commonly used as a wrap for sushi. It is also a garnish or flavoring in noodle preparations and soups. Not only is Nori delicious to eat but it is healthy to eat too.Nori is high in fiber ,protein, minerals and vitamins.It also contain calcium , zinc ,lodine and loe in fat.
