สาหร่ายวากาเมะWakame is a sea vegetable or seaweed .It had subtly sweet flavor and satiny texture , that mast of ten served in soups amd salads. The studies have found that a compound in wakame know as fucoxanthin can help burn fatty issue.The leave should be cut into small pieces as they will expand during cooking.

How to use : Soak wakame seaweed for 5-10 minute up to you the size of wakame and use as ingredient of the dish or soup.
Tips: If you don’t like fishy smell of wakame seaweed , you should soak wakame in cold water and put it to refrigerator for half an hour.
Storage Condition : Keep in cool temperature, in close seal packing. With no moisture. Keep away from sunlight and heat .
