Wakame is a sea vegetable or seaweed .It had subtly sweet flavor and satiny texture , that mast of ten served in soups amd salads. The studies have found that a compound in wakame know as fucoxanthin can help burn fatty issue.The leave should be cut into small pieces as they will expand during cooking.

How to use : To soak until wakame expand. It can do several menu such as soup, fried with egg or meat, or sukiyaki

Storage Condition : Keep in dry, Zip lock every time you open it. Keep away sunlight and moisture.It will be better to keep into freeze or refrigerator.

Shelf life : 12 months
