Sushi

Ingredients for sushi rice

              Japanese cooked rice                       2 ½         cup

              Rice vinegar                                         7          tablespoon

              White sugar                                          3          tablespoon

               Salt                                                   3/4          teaspoon

Instructions for sushi rice

1.       Add rice vinegar, white sugar and salt in a small pot. Mix together on medium heat until all solids are mixed in.

2.       Pour mixture on rice and mix well. Let the rice cool down.

 

Ingredients for sushi

                Sushi rice                                              2 ½         cup

                Crab stick                                             8              sticks

                Asparagus scald                                  8               pieces

                Japanese cucumber, julienne              8              sticks

                Nori seaweed                                       4              sheets

                Shouyu sauce and Wasabi as prefer

Instructions

1.       Place a Nori sheet lengthwise on a bamboo mat.

2.       Place Asparagus scald, Imitation crab stick and julienne cucumber along the center of the rice.

3.       Begin rolling the mat over slowly from you until it covers the rice.

4.       Slice the roll in half, then cut both rolls twice to make 6 equal sized pieces.

5.       Eat with shouyu sauce and wasasbi
